I have the same opinion as YIFU on how racial problems facing the children of immigrants in America. We both think the language which also is communication is very important.

YIFU thinks Knowing our identities and be proud of it is extremely important for us especially when we move to a new place. I agreed with that. Because only if we could understand ourself’s culture, so that we can have a  place to support us and give us our logic and ways to observe and study other culture.

Refugees is a group who has left his or her country of origin and is unable or unwilling to return because of war, violence, or persecution or a well-founded fear of persecution because of race, religion, nationality, political opinions, or membership in a particular social group.  Most refugees don’t have able to come back to their own country and have no choice to settle down in the U.S.  From 1990 to 2007, the amount of the refugee come to the United States is decreasing.

If you are approved as a refugee, you will receive a medical exam, a cultural orientation, help with your travel plans, and a loan for your travel to the United States. After you arrive, you will be eligible for medical and cash assistance.

Sometimes, refugees’ identity wouldn’t be accepted by the country they go to. So, international refugee law allows them to have right not to be returned to a place of persecution and protect their human rights.
