Hi, my name is Amani Hayat. I am from Rancho Palos Verdes, CA. Palos Verdes is known for being so close to the beach along with the peacocks that are everywhere. I am an economics major and am very excited to be at USF. I enjoy going on hikes, bike rides and seeing new places. I love to bake and cook. I definitely do more baking than cooking and some of my favorite things would be Macaroons and Souffles. I love to travel and hope to spend a semester abroad. I have been to China, Dubai, Pakistan, and France. Each place was so different and I had such an amazing time seeing how different their lifestyle was in those different areas. I hope in the future I can travel more.
