My full name is Amani Saher Hayat. My first name comes from Persian origin and means “hopes, wishes, and aspirations”. My middle name Saher is originated from Arabian and means “Dawn/the first light of day”. My last name is an Arabic word and it means “Life”. My parents decided this name for me since I am there first child, they have many hopes and wishes for me, so they thought that this would be the perfect name for me. I have never been embarrassed by my first name, but for a while, I was embarrassed by my middle name, but I got over it after a while. I now love my middle name and think the meaning behind it is amazing. I have never changed my name and never wanted to change my name. I think my name is unique and I know my parents were deciding between a few different names, but I am glad they chose Amani.
