Announcing New Merit Fellowships for Students in Asian Studies

The USF Center for Asia Pacific Studies is pleased to partner with the USF Asian Studies program to announce the call for applications for its Merit Fellowships for Asian Studies. This new fellowship funded by the Center for Asia Pacific Studies is designed to promote the study of Asia among undergraduate students at the University of San Francisco. Current USF students majoring or minoring in Asian Studies are encouraged to apply for fellowship awards ranging from $1000 to $5000. Awards will be applied in the form of tuition assistance for Spring 2021.

Eligibility and application procedures:

  1. Be entering or in their sophomore, junior or senior year of the USF Asian Studies program (major or minor)
  2. Have a minimum 3.5 GPA
  3. Be full-time undergraduate students at the University of San Francisco

The primary criteria for receiving a Merit Fellowship is scholastic ability and achievement.
