The Center for Asia Pacific Studies and Office of Sustainability invite you to USF’s first 21% Party! Did you know that 21% of the clothes in our closets go unworn for months or even years? Join us for a fun and engaging clothing exchange event inspired by South Korea’s innovative WearAgain Lab to refresh your wardrobe sustainably and connect with others who care about reducing waste!

Guidelines:

Bring new or like new clothing/accessory items.

All items must be clean.

Each participant is encouraged to bring no more than 5 items.

We kindly ask that you do not bring shoes to exchange at this event.

All items not exchanged the day of the event will be donated.

Want to learn more about the innovative ways that the Asia Pacific is focusing on sustainability? Attend our upcoming online sustainability panel on Wednesday, October 16th, where we’ll be joined by Juyeon Jung, CEO of WearAgain Lab. Come learn about zero-waste and the importance of reusing clothing!

If you would like to support these and other events centered on the Asia Pacific, please consider making a donation here.
