Police Depts nationwide, in our top major 100 cities by population with significant numbers of Black people, have lost and forfeited the trust of Blacks that Police have the capacity to treat them fairly. Accordingly, every Police Dept in such major cities should be placed under IMMEDIATE daily FEDERAL monitoring and supervision. Black people have no reason to further trust OR believe that current Police Depts have the intent to treat them fairly and with respect, as they do to any white person in their community.
