  1. This 50 year old novel still strikes a chord about cultural traditions and the clash with imperialism. Subtle in narrative, the book is rich with many discussion topics (families, patriarchal societies, traditions, Christianity, etc.).

    I welcome a full and lively discussion on February 10th.
