Taking care of your mental health during finals season is critical. Remember to get enough sleep, eat healthy and satisfying meals, and you know, petting some dogs probably wouldn’t hurt.
De-stress from finals studying by spending some quality time with adorable animals at Gleeson Library! On Wednesday, December 7th at 2:00pm, join the San Francisco SPCA’s Animal Assisted Therapy program therapy animals in the lobby of the library for an hour of cuddles and relaxation.
For more information and resources related to mental health and wellbeing during finals (and any time), check out USF’s Wellness and Relaxation Resources guide.
USF accommodates individuals with disabilities. If you need a disability-related accommodation or wheelchair access information, please contact Maggie at mgrabmeier@usfca.edu. Requests should be made by December 5th.
