Derick Brown

I wish for a continued healthy and happy life. That said
my New Year’s resolution is to eat healthy and exercise daily!
Star Plaxton-Moore
Director of Community Engaged Learning
I got a weighted blanket for Christmas, so I plan to take more naps this year.
I also intend to finish my dissertation and graduate with my doctorate in May.
Priana Aquino
Communications Assistant
My resolution is to be a more conscious consumer, not just
of tangible items but also of the media I read and watch.
Dresden Smith
Literacy Program Coordinator, Engage San Francisco
My resolutions are to 1) find rest and joy in every day,
2) reincorporate my flame fashion sense into my zoom box, and
3) eat breakfast every morning!!!
Leslie Lombre
Director of External Relations
My goal is to be more present in every moment of 2021
and to make time to be kind to others and to myself.
Karin Cotterman
Director of Engage San Francisco
I resolve that as a parent, partner, scholar, practitioner and
citizen, I will continue to work towards living a meaningful,
ethical life that contributes to a more just world.
Angeline Vuong
Assistant Director, Public Service Programs
My resolutions are 1) to thrive in the complex and gray areas of life,
2) hold and see multiple truths at once; 3) to give freely and
abundantly; and
4) step into my own power repeatedly.
Jaqueline Ramos
Literacy Program Coordinator, Engage San Francisco
I promise myself to be more present,
intentional, and show up unapologetically.
