One of the special features of the MSEM program is the Master’s Projects (MP). This applied research project encompasses everything you’ve learned throughout the program and is an incredible building block for your career. The idea of your own individual research project can be pretty daunting, but the MSEM program makes sure you’re supported every step of the way. You’ll prepare by designing your project in the Research Methods course, and you’ll have an entire semester to work on your MP. Instructors with different backgrounds are matched with students based on research interests. You’ll work alongside your peers in small groups, going through the process together. You’ll have both group and one-on-one meetings to make sure you’re on track. Then, once the research is finished, you’ll present your incredible work in a conference style setting for all your peers, faculty, friends, family, and alumni to listen to and enjoy!
