This past Saturday, USF Sacramento hosted a “Working Within Diverse Communities” workshop aimed at providing a safe space for MFT/PCC students to learn about working within diverse communities and intersections of communities. Kimberly Anderson, MFA & Dayna Barrios, MA shared their experiences working with indigenous populations, LGBTQ+ communities, religious populations, mental health direct service, violence prevention, & academic environments. Thank you to all of our students who attended & our panel members for your dedication to mental health!
We, at the Sacramento Campus, always love to hear what our Alumni are up to! Angela Reed is a USF Sacramento Campus MPH graduate and shared with us what she has been doing since graduation
