Join us for a lecture, reading, and book launch with acclaimed writer and poet Andrew Ramer, faculty member of the Swig Program in Jewish Studies and Social Justice and Dept. of Theology & Religious Studies. Ramer will speak about his new book, Torah Told Different: Stories for a Pan/Poly/Post-Denominational World, which reinvents Jewish history in profound and creative ways, inviting readers to ask, “What does it mean to be a Jew in the twenty-first century? And what gives us hope and dreams in a troubled world of trembling possibilities?”

This Swig Program in Jewish Studies and Social Justice event is co-sponsored by the Department of Theology and Religious Studies.
