Reading response:
I read Czarina’s activity discussion post. We both agreed that the most symbolic image was the picture of the box of “Treaty Flakes,” which was similar to my own reading response. In my response, I focused on the text that represented the author’s motives, whereas she had a similar focus, but she presented it through different elements of the cereal box. I liked the way, even though we both thought this image was the most powerful of the three, we had different focuses and perspectives. We concentrated on various aspects, and Czarina has written a detailed discussion post that adheres to the guidelines.
