2010 – Fordham University

In 2010, Fordham University in New York City hosted a near record 23 AJCU schools for the 25th annual CITM conference. Among the 95 attendees were four from JesuitNet, two from Ateneo de Manila University, and one each from ITESO (Guadalajara) and the Loyola Institute of Spirituality.  Monday meetings were held on the Rose Hill Campus in the Bronx, and on Tuesday at the Lincoln Center Campus in Manhattan.

The relatively new mentoring program celebrated four years of success and growth.  Twitter was so new it needed some introduction and explanation.   Conference topics included the role of IT in the Jesuit mission, federated ID, benchmarking and shared services, mobile applications, and a remarkable panel of presidents.  One noteworthy highlight was the dinner cruise on the Hudson and East Rivers on Tuesday evening where attendees enjoyed views of New York City’s iconic skyline.
