Editor-in-Chief
Eva Huffman serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the University of San Francisco Law Review, Volume 59. Her diverse background spans law, education, and public service. A dedicated public school teacher and leader, Eva has worked full-time throughout law school as a director of special education in the East Bay and is an adjunct faculty member at the University of San Francisco School of Education. In addition to her editorial role, she has contributed to legal research on ethics and complex litigation. Eva spent the last two summers as a summer associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and is excited to join the firm post-graduation.
Managing Editor
Matthew Zampa is a third-year law student at the University of San Francisco School of Law. Before law school, he was an award-winning independent journalist. He attended Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism and is a lifelong Chicago Cubs fan.
Executive Editor
Lauren Kilger (3L) is the Vol. 59 Executive Editor. Lauren is from Orange County, California and completed her undergraduate studies at San Diego State University, where she was on the NCAA Division I women’s lacrosse team. She is interested in civil litigation and spent her 2L summer at Buchalter. Last year, Lauren externed with the Criminal Central Staff at the California Supreme Court and worked as a Law Clerk at the Orange County District Attorney’s Office. In her free time, Lauren enjoys running, hiking, and spending time outdoors.
Forum Editor
Fabiola Pardo García is a third-year law student at the University of San Francisco School of Law. She was born and raised for a major part of her life in Guadalajara, Mexico. Before law school, she attended the University of California, Berkeley where she double majored in Political Science (with a focus on International Relations) and Near Eastern Languages and Literatures (Arabic). Fabiola seeks to pursue a legal career in civil litigation generally after graduation and is currently exploring practice areas within that field. Some of Fabiola’s hobbies include learning foreign languages, dancing, improving her photography skills, and traveling around the world.
Technical Editor
Annie got her B.A.s in Environmental Studies and Politics from UC Santa Cruz. An outdoor enthusiast and rock climber, she most recently joined a women’s soccer league and co-leads a women’s climbing meetup at her local gym in Marin County.
Symposium Editor
Aram Manoukian is an Armenian-American from Southern California. Before enrolling in law school, Aram attended UCLA and was active in various community organizations. He comes from a background of working in state and local politics, and immediately before law school worked in local government. Aram’s passions include traveling, being in the outdoors, and spending time with loved ones.
Articles Editor
Katrina “Trina” Garry is one of the Articles Editors for Vol. 59. Trina hails from Montauk, NY. She came to San Francisco by way of New Haven, CT. Trina received her B.A. from Yale University, where she was a track and field athlete, and her M.s.Ed. from the University of Pennsylvania. She serves as the University of San Francisco’s Deputy Title IX Coordinator while attending law school part-time. Her scholarship interests include employment law, education law, and sports and the intersection of all three.

Shannon Labuschagne is a third-year law student. Shannon lived in Malawi, New Zealand, and Australia before moving to the United States in 2020. Outside of law school, she practices Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and enjoys spending time outdoors with her animal companions.

Davis White is a third-year law student at the University of San Francisco School of Law. A native San Franciscan, Davis completed his Bachelor’s in Political Science at the University of California, Davis, in 2022. Also there, he rowed for UC Davis Men’s Crew. Nowadays, Davis is pursuing a career in corporate law while teaching skiing in his spare time and trying to read a book a month.

Moneer Mujaddidi is thrilled to serve as a Comments Editor for USF Law Review, Volume 59! A Californian through and through, he grew up in the East Bay and attended college at the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he majored in philosophy. Moneer has a passion for legal writing, and Law Review has provided him with opportunities to further nurture that passion. He is excited to work alongside his fellow editors and staffers to bring the best of legal scholarship to Volume 59!
Comments Editor
Isabella Niven is a 3L and Comments Editor for Volume 59 at USF Law. She is from Santa Monica, and came to USF Law because of its unique Justice for Animals Program. Isabella is pursuing animal law and is particularly interested in working on animal protection legislation for farmed animals and big cats. She also serves as the president of USF Law’s Student Animal Legal Defense Fund chapter. Isabella is excited to be on the Law Review Board for Volume 59, and hopes to publish student comments that contribute to social justice conversations.
Comments Editor
Liam Vlaming is a Comments Editor for USF Law Review, Volume 59. He was born and raised in Napa, California. Liam attended the University of Oregon, where he earned a B.S. in Political Science and a Minor in Economics. After earning his undergraduate degree, Liam spent nearly five years in Washington, D.C. working as a legislative staffer for Senator Ron Wyden, handling various policy portfolios, including transportation, environment, and natural resource issues. At USF Law, Liam has served as the Co-President of the Labor and Employment Law Student Association and the Co-Treasurer of the Street Law Student Association. During the summers, Liam worked as a Judicial Intern at the San Mateo County Superior Court, and as a Summer Associate at Ropers Majeski in the Menlo Park office. He is interested in exploring the labor & employment practice area after graduation. In his free time, Liam enjoys being outside and exploring new running, biking, and hiking trails throughout California.
