Pilipino Cultural Nights, or PCNs for short, have given university students the platform to celebrate Pilipino culture and the Pilipinx American identity for almost 60 years. USF’s Kasamahan Pilipino Organization takes a creative spin on the PCN through their annual “Barrio Fiesta,” which continues to inspire students and participants every year.
