For S2, I’d like to find out more about cyclists and obeying the road rules. Do cyclists obey road rules like yielding to pedestrians, stopping at signs and lights, using the bike lane instead of the sidewalk, use a helmet, have lights, signal, etc.
My plan for gathering information is to find a busy intersection on either the bike route Headlands Loops or Butterlap and observe cyclist for 1 to 2 hours. Then note the cyclist behaviors and compare the investigation I gained with San Francisco statistical data.
This is a great topic. There has been a lot of controversy over this issue!
