I think for speeches, the structure is:
-Introduction: We introduce ourselves & even sometimes why we are going to discuss
-Topic: where the main focus of the presentation is discussed
-Broad information: that’s where were learning about who/what/where/why etc. part of what we’re talking about
-Examples: Where we can discuss how this correlates to our own lives~by giving personal examples, or examples of what we are discussing i.e. when I was talking about L.A. Bicycle Culture Institute I talked about the different projects that was done there
-Relate back to the audience: How/Why is this relevant to the audience? Why do they care//Why should they care
-Relevance: Why this is important in general
-Recap: draw back to the topic
-Closing: End, in swift way
