The University of San Francisco Office of Diversity Engagement & Community Outreach hosted the Latinas in Leadership Forum on Jan. 27, 2017.
Forum attendees explored the multifaceted ways in which intersectional identities shape how Latinas move through the world, build bridges, and thrive. Local leaders, activists, and original thinkers in the areas of healthcare, community development, performing and visual arts, business, and technology offered their stories, challenges, and triumphs. The conference was part of the USF Stakeholder Community Forum Series, which addresses issues that impact diverse and disproportionately represented communities in the public discourse.
