Introduction

Hello, I’m Aarane Srikumar, and my pronouns are she/her/hers. I’m a freshman here at USF, and I’m a kinesiology major. I’m from the bay area, specifically a town called Livermore, well known for its wine. A fun fact about me is that I’ve been skiing since I was four years old, and I love baking.

Throughout my years of school, I’ve mainly written argumentative and descriptive essays. Like many other students, I’m not a huge fan of writing. Specifically, it’s difficult for me to write descriptive essays. However, I’m able to write narrative essays with ease. During this course, I would love to expand my vocabulary to sound more professional.

I would like to contribute to a more effective collective learning environment for the class by working with my peers. I would like to be able to peer edit to have another set of eyes on any of my papers instead of giving them directly to my professor.
