I was in a group with Sabrina and sahara, Me and Sabrina began with introducing the story of Stealing The Buddhas Dinner and summarized the main points of it. We both stated how hard it was for multi ethnicity and race children to grow up in an environment feeling as if they don’t belong to their own community. We discussed how frustrating it can feel trying to keep up with and embrace each aspect of  your culture. We also were able to relate to the story and draw from personal experiences on this topic. We than later stated how this issue isn’t as talked about as it should be and how we need to bring more awareness to this issue because a-lot of people are going through this alone.
