Join us for a lecture, reading, and book launch with Dr. Aaron J. Hahn Tapper, Mae and Benjamin Swig Associate Professor of Jewish Studies, Director of the Swig Program in Jewish Studies and Social Justice, and Chair of the Department in Theology & Religious Studies, who will speak about his new book, Judaisms: A Twenty-First-Century Introduction to Jews and Jewish Identities, which presents the first comprehensive analysis of Jewish communities, from the time of the Hebrew Bible through today, using an interdisciplinary lens rooted in Identity Studies. Copies of the book will be available for purchase.
