Spring 2021 – In This Place Together – Penina Eilberg-Schwartz and Sulaiman Khatib

Based on their new book, Jewish activist Penina Eilberg-Schwartz and Palestinian activist Sulaiman Khatib address the urgent need for joint nonviolent resistance and relationship building between Israelis and Palestinians. This book launch event will discuss personal transformation and the dangers and hopes of working with others across vast differences in power and experience. By examining Khatib’s remarkable transformations, this talk will give a window into another world that can but does not yet exist.
