Mobile payment has became popular in global world.In China, people can live without cash, but they cannot live without mobile phones. In China, there are two giant internet companies, which are Tencent and Alibaba.In the United States, there is Apple Pay. Tencent and Alibaba’s business cover all Chinese people’s lives and provide a new lifestyle not only for Chinese people but also other continents. In China, if there is someone who did not bring their id, the policeman will scan their QR code on WeChat or Alipay, then the policeman can see their id on it. Basically, most of the Chinese people can hangout with their friends without taking their wallet or other information, but they cannot go without their phones. When I was in Thailand, there were many stores that provide WeChat Pay and Alipay. This happened in San Francisco as well. I went to Barney’s in San Francisco, the sales recognized I am Chinese, so when I was paying at desk, the sales asked me if I want to pay with WeChat or Alipay. I was shocked, because I just wanted to take out my card and handed to him. When I first came to the United States, everywhere only took cash or card. After I came back to China a few years ago, I still felt difficult to change my habit of paying.
